You can request an exchange or return for any product within 30 days from the delivery date. The return is free, we will take care of organizing the collection.

Returns must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and tags attached. 

If you have made a return, the refund will take place as soon as we receive the package, i.e. within 2 working days from the delivery date.

If the returns do not pass our checks, no refund will be issued. 

Under what circumstances will the refund not be issued?

-The returned item is different from what was purchased;

-The returned item has been damaged;

-The returned item is missing its original label;

-The returned item is dirty or shows signs of wear (products must be returned in a condition suitable for sale, therefore new and unused);

-The item was returned beyond the established deadline (30 days).

Shipping costs (for outbound shipping) will only be refunded if the reason for the return of the item is our responsibility, namely:

-The item arrived damaged or defective;

-The item is different from what was ordered.

Shipping costs may be refunded partially if an "Express" shipment did not meet the correct delivery timing. In this case, the partial refund will be the excess paid compared to a normal "Standard" shipment.

For purchases made by bank transfer, it will be necessary to provide bank details at the time of return for the refundable amount.
